I feel sad and shame on posting this blog.It was a man on the road I saw bleeding profusely.Lot of people were going and passing by.They just looked and went away.Some how few good people emerged.We took him to the nearby nursing home.He was urgently in requirement of medical attention.It was a bike accident.The phone was done,but I do not know when they came and what they did.If we would have waited,things would have been different.Now come back to the nursing home.The doctors insisted on informing police first and said that they will attend only after informing them.Lots of quarrel and ultimately our unknown friend was admitted.
I have watched something rowdy too happens in the street,just people watch and in rarest of rare occasion,they come forward.The percentage is negligible.Even if some one is dying,people will just pass away watching it.I thank the old gentleman who came forward in this case.After admitting him and we also went away.
Just see and go on as if nothing happened.

One day I was driving to Varapuzha late in the night to drop a friend of mine at his residence. In one of the deserted street corners, I saw a person lying in the road with his bike nearby. If he is in danger there is no possibility of somebody noticing it and picking him and give him medical attention. My friend who was in the car told me not to bother and to go away. I dropped him in his house and thought I will pick up this man and rush him to the hospital. On my way back I found the person is missing. It was excess of alcohol or drug that he parked his bike by the road side and lay sprauled in the road. When he considered safe to drive back home he vanished. My friends advised not to be so benevelent in helping people because you will land up in the police station as a witness and go to the station whenever they want or may have to go to the court to give evidence. Some smart cop may turn the table and say I only hit him and by the prick of conscience I am going around helping him. Such are the days. None can help.

Nice effort on your part..Yes,it is strage, people dont come forward. they dont realize , it may happen to them some day too..I have earlier written a hindi poem..accident on this topic..if interested you may go through ...yash
