What will impress one at the first sight?I have seen young boys of school inducted into IT sector in BPO call services by reputed companies.Go get good INR but dump yourself as GIGO.Just grow within without any power of bragain.Poor as we are, we get attracted ,so the kids at school with a pay package of 7 or 8 K plus with home drop facility.
Organisations are too changing with glamour of certificates.I came to know the history behind in campus recruitment.You get the desired pay for 6 months  and then if not upto the company's mark ,be out  and you can not tell that you are out.
