I was feeling slightly depressed on way to office because my Boss banged me the other day.He wanted  me to work like a Jet and I was on the field trying to run against the wind. The whole mood was off  and it look a lot of time to reconcile.Even at times thought came that  I should resign.I had actually thought of at least going on leave for few days.In home though I ventilated my part of story,it did not make me happy either. The kids have grown now ,it is now time for their study ,crucial period for choosing a career. But TV,mobile, songs, moving with bikes and listen less to parents on academics have become their hobby.More one says, more sharp become their reply that how much older they have become and that they know things more than us we orthox out dated people. Here also things are not as I expect them to be.
Anyway, wife and all mixed up together when they heard my tragedy and all were united to back me.With thier injected morale,I  prepared to go  to office. My dress were pressed y wife ,every thing knit,in office attire.
On way  just nearing office,I saw at my shoe.It was looking half century old.A small boy with all his tools of shoe polish was on the pavement looking at my shoe which reminded me to look again at my shoe which I purchased paying a good price. His look and my reqirement coincided and I paid just five bucks to get it shined. He promised that he would make it shine such that even one could see his face.

Dress torn, but  very happy  was he to take the money.Even  he fixed and tied the lace.Back to office,I first thought to go to the toilet to freshen myself.I saw at the tie, dress. My face was there in the mirror. But there was something within. It was telling me ,"thank me,you or your kid are not doing shoe polish and watch you or your kids, look down".Complacent and confident(apparanently reconciled)I went to Boss Chamber and wished him.He on his own expressed regrets on how harsh he had been with me which I really never deserved.

And the day began.Really the half century old shoe looked  and worked like a fresh purchased one.
